Change OS from AT&T to ROGERS on BB8820

Hello bought a BB8820 on ebay. It is an AT&T phone Can I change the OS to Rogers OS

Their going to be pretty much the exact samething. No reason to change it. You won't be able to get rid of the AT&T branding when you start up your device.

If you want to use it on Rogers you have to get it unlocked.

I just unlock a old Cingular BB 8800 and after the reboot I got this boot screen I thought you couldn't change the operator brand. Could this be a glitch or something? Sorry so blurry. It says LICENCED TO RESEARCH IN MOTION then it says ENGINEER USE ONLY.

When loading a different carrier OS
Be sure to delete the vendor.xml file from apploader before installation
