Cannot REceive or send Texts

First Blackberry 880 for work.
Had tethering function installed and since that time i cannot send or receive texts. They appear that they leave phone into airspace but who knows.
I have looked thru all settings can find nothing to toggle on or off

Has anyone had this trouble?
Is there a fix?

Try a hard reset or back-up information and wipe phone.

My phone does not send text massages but it can only recieve. It only indicates a RED CROSS on the un sent massage.

How do i go around this! please help.
