    Default Blu Scn

    Every time i connect my 8830 to pc to run jd_cmder i get a blue screen and my pc shuts down, no damage to pc just re boot, try to remove IT policy

    Problem with your usb socket? Try to plug into another one. I have similar issue on my PC. When I plug in any device it's freezing and I have to reboot computer -.-

    What OS is the desktop running? I think icyhot is right, try a different USB port.
