1. I wiped handheld (which took quite a while).
2. I powered it on again.
3. I entered password.

Then ......
I was prompted to enter media card passcode.
I have no idea what media card passcode is.
What do I do now?

You will have to reformat the media card. The card must have been encrypted and that is why it is asking for the passcode on it prior to you accessing the information.

Without the passcode you won't be able to access the info at all.
