Default 8830/Exchange Question

I subscribe to a third party Microsoft Exchange 2007 service and according to them I've sucessfully set up my 8830 for the service (at least according to the Exchange server). I can see emails in the inbox, send/recieve and I can see all my subfolders, but I can not access any email in the subfolders. Is this just a limitation of Exchange/Blackberry, is there something I need to do on my phone (I've tried to reconcile), or is it possible there is some other type of error somewhere?

Never mind, I found it... "Go into Messages > Options > Email Settings > Menu Key > Folder Redirection, and select the folders you want redirected to your device."
