8820 problem.. black screen

ok today i woke up and looked at my phone.. everything was perfect. i used it for like a 5 second phone call. got off of the phone then the screen turned completely white.. i pulled the battery and put it back in.. now my phone screen wont turn on and it stays on a black screen. my phone boots up and everynow and then i hear someone calling my phone.. it rings but wont allow me to pick up the call.. .. this is getting crazy...

the push to talk button works to call people but thats the most annoying thing in the world right now.. cant check missed calls.. can pick up the phone call... if someone could help that would be awsome
