8800 stuck in paste mode

When I try to compose a new email message the only options I have are to Paste, Save Draft or Full Menu. If I select paste then the last copy text is added but I still can't select an email address to send to!! I still have just the 3 options above.

I have upgarded to the latest software version 4.5.0.174 but this has not helped. Does anyone have a solution please.

Resend your Service Books and re-register your Host Routing Table. That should fix the problem. Here's how to do it: How to Resend Service Books
