    Hi-

I have an 8700G from T-mo and I have checked t-mobiles upgrade site and blackberry's site but I can not find a version of 4.2 for my 8700. I called tech support but they couldn't find me one either. anyone know where I can find one?

*I would like to point out that I used the search feature....go me!*

T-Mobile hasn't deployed a OS v4.2 for their 8700's yet. You'll have to use another carriers if you want it. Just make sure you delete the vendor.xml file before you try to install on your device.

For GSM users, go to this thread. For CDMA users, you're stuck with 4.1 for now.
