 What happened?
I accessed this page https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=sprint
Called Sprint and the rep made it so I could access the page from my Mac browser. However on my device under email settings I know have to log in, to create email accounts or edit my mobile email. Before I did not have to do this. You know why?
