This site is wack. Lots of people looking but nobody really helping. Someone is making a lot of bucks from advertizing....watch out what you download too. Got to take out all the spyware stuff now...im gone.

I'm sorry you didn't have success in getting your first two questions answered. I'd answer them for you now, but I don't know the answer to either (I don't use ringtones). You did offer some good advice to another poster on another question. Don't give up on CrackBerry yet.
