Hi...I tried both in noisy verizon store../left voice mail for myself...with 8830 when I listened to the vm...wow...the noise in the store was so loud..I could barly here my own voice..it actually hurt my ear...so loud...curious..has anyone returned 8830 and gone back to 8703e due to this..or does 8703e have this problem also....I am in airports, etc alot and worry that background noise will prevent people I am calling from understanding mer? Thanks
I've never had any sound issues on my 8703e. There have been a couple of times when someone complains about noise when I'm on the phone, but that's usually because I'm in a noisy environment.
