    Just downloaded a new theme from crackberry and uploaded it from the desktop manager to the 8700c....now i can't find it?!

    The only time that happened to me was an OS issue. Make sure the theme is built for the OS on you BB.

    He's definitely got a good point there. Theme compatibility can make a big difference with which OS you're running.

    I've found that after the battery pull and the phone comes
    back up I have to scroll through the themes on the device
    before I see the new theme appear. It may just be me but
    that's my experience.

    Before I installed any new themes for my 8700g i need to install a 'theme reader'. Google it, and downlaod it; but be sure to always back up your phone before you update anything new to your phone. *better safe than sorry*
