I have an 8700c with 4.2.1.96 installed. I also have version 4.2.2.14 0f desktop manager installed. My computer died so I bought a new one and it has Vista and Outlook 2007 on it. Now I can not get it to sync. When I try to sync I get an "unknown error reported". I never had any trouble with it on xp and outlook 2003. Any help on this would be greatly apppreciated.

Yes, lots of issues with synching Vista / Outlook / BlackBerry & Desktop Manager (DM).

I believe one of ours MOD's, mmb916 is using Vista and DM. We'll wait for her to post her resolution...

I'm using Vista and 2003, and I have no problems syncing between O2k3 and my 7230. I also have no problem syncing between XP/O2k7 on my laptop. I'm going to install O2k7 on the Vista machine, and I'll report what I've found.
