    i've got a question though...say if for some reason you want the word "sig" and not your sig, whatever that my be. can you enter the word "sig" without autotext changing it, while autotext is set to on?

    One way is to type "Sign " (one space after the "n"), use the trackball to roll back and delete the "n", then roll right of the space and resume typing. There may be a better way, but this works.

    one way to make autotext unchange a word is to type the shortcut word, press space, then backspace twice, and then go back to typing, and it'll use the shortcut word...
    and for something in autotext to work, you have to press space or use some kind of punctuation right after it
