I have an unlocked 8700r with the it policy removed. I do not have a data plan, but I have BIS.

I'm trying to install a ringtone on my berry, but for some reason nothing works. I've tried emailing them to myself, and loading them with roxio media manager but under ringtones, the folder wont expand or show any items.

Like I said, I DON'T have a data plan, but I'm wondering if it is at all possible to install themes and ringtones.

You do have a data plan, you have BIS. It should work if it is an mp3 file.
