Long story short my blackberry is stuck in rebooting...

I saw the help page for it, but I need to know where I can download a newer version of the desktop and device managers, and the OS software? Can someone give me a link to all three please?

nevermind. I finally found vodafone software and installed it and now it works. *happy dance*
