problem reloading OS on nuked blackberry

Hi,

I recently tried to unlock my phone but I'm having problems reloading the OS.

I get a message on the screen saying "No Application Linked" and when I tried to follow the instructions on the BB 101 thread: How to reload..., I get a blank drop box in step 2 with the check box greyed out. Also when I connect my BB via the USB the original PIN comes in the drop box instead of "Unknown PIN..."

I'm quite confused as what to do. Please help.
