8700c keeps shutting off and on when I do a battery pull and place the battery back in still shuts off and on, when I connect it to the computer it does the same thing and the desktop can't pick it up. Is there a way that I can do a rest on this?

Have you tried updating the OS? Could also be the battery.

i have the same problem i downloaded and application and during the download process it just shut down and about 20 mins later it came back on and today i turned it off because it froze trying to save a ringtone and now it wont come back on all it does it light up and show a sand jar then the led light turns red and the screen goes off and it starts over

I NEED HELP
