    I have an 8703e and while emails I send show the checkmark, about 70% of the time that's followed by the Network Rim Redirector message which I have learned means "it didn't go through even though it looks like it did". Hours later the very same email appears again like I just sent it...often followed by the redirector message. Some emails go through just fine - others don't - to the same person! This is very frustrating as I never know if a checkmark means it really went or if it didn't. Is this a Sprint or a Rim issue? What do I do? I am on a big project now and can't have important messages not go through. Thanks so much

    I'm scared to ask, but, are you connected to BES, i.e. to a BlackBerry server at work? If yes, I'd say, have them remove your account, and re-add it. If you're on BIS, then try resending the service books - log into your carriers BIS site, then you should see an option, 'resend service books'...
