Memopad erased, data recovery possible?

Is there any way to recover data on my blackberry 8703e? It doesn't use a memory card.

I downloaded the memopad application for a different OS and phone model (9700) and loaded it with the BBSAK blackberry swiss army knife app. Which unfortunately erased my memos. I have a backup from two weeks ago but the changes since then are all gone!

Now I understand why I should do manual and automatic backups with desktop manager of everything before doing any upgrade, especially for a system app.
