Media manager error help

Hello, I'm using MM to transfer files to my BB. Pictures move fine but mp3 files are giving the following error;

The size limit for transferring files to Device Memory is 2.83 MB. Please use a media card to transfer larger files.

Is this something can be changed on the BB? Or do I really need to purchase a card?

Also, when ever I close MM it leaves Desktop Manager in an unstable mode and I need to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get out of it.

Yeah teh Roxio Media Manager is a piece of junk IMO but if you want to transfer larger files turn on Mass Storage Mode and transfer the mp3's via Windows Explorer.

I would also suggest getting a memory card too. You will run out of device memory really quickly if you start storing songs in it.
