Default Internet/Messages/Enterprise Activation BB8700

Hello.
So I bought an unlocked 8700. And put in my '3' simcard, it's working fine, apart from a few things...

So I know that I have to have this 'Enterprise Activation' to be able to access the internet, but I don't have the password. I found some stuff on the internet about how to get the password, but it's really complicated downloading stuff plus I don't have a USB.
Also, I have wireless, which I've turned on, on my BB device and it's fine. So doesn't that mean the internet should work? But I can't find a browser anywhere on my BB...
Plus I don't know what OS it is, or how to upgrade it. I looked on the 'Status' but it only have free space, pin, imei and that's it really.
Also, it won't let me send texts?!
Please help!

Enterprise Activation refers and applies only to devices on a BES (typically through your employer).

If you are on a BES, then contact your employer/IT department for the information.

If you are not on a BES, then in order to get internet, email, and other BlackBerry Data features, you need a BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN (BIS) from your carrier/service provider.

Okay, thank you. But how do I get a BIS?
I'm on 3 and am currently on a contract for the nokia phone I had before [and broke] which is why I got this unlocked BB.
Actually, I think I tried to set up BIS by going here:
3uk.blackberry.com/BlackBerry Internet Service

I type in my PIN and IMEI and click continue and it comes up with:
Cannot create account:

This BlackBerry(R) device is not registered with your wireless service provider.
Please register this device and verify that the URL of the current web site matches
the one provided by your wireless service provider.

To register:

1. In the Application list on your device, click Options, or click Settings Options.

2. Click Advanced Options > Host Routing Table.

3. Click the Menu key and click Register Now.

If the error persists, contact your wireless service provider.

I did what it says and on my BB it just says 'Registration message sent!'
And nothing... any ideas?

You need to CALL your service provider and have them CHANGE YOUR PLAN to a BLACKBERRY Data Plan (BIS).

Your plan from your plan from your old phone won't work.

Call your carrier/service provider and change your plan.

3 UK does not have a 2G network, and they have begun to disable 2G roaming on other carriers' networks. The 8700 is not a 3G device.

Thanks, called them up and she sounded like it was okay. But needed to speak to the contract holder, so will call back tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well.
And lak611, I got it wrong it's actually a 8707. It's got 3G, and said it's compatible with '3' network, I checked all this before I bought it.
