If you talking about how to get to a particular site, open the browser, select the menu key, scroll to 'go to' and then you will get a field to enter a web address..

Enter the address you want, then press the enter key (key in the bottom right of the keypad)...

If you've not already ordered a data plan from your service provider, do so. Once you have, you should have an internet browser on your main screen (depending on the theme you're using), or in applications...
