I recently upgrade my OS to 4.5, and I thought there would be Full HTML Email. Any ideas?

HTML email is available in OS 4.5, but you may need to enable it in your email settings.

From what I have read it only works on new arrival emails, not on the older messages still sitting on your device. I would just try resending your service book, if that doesn't work readd your email accounts

I enabled the setting, no dice... Ill try looking into the BIS account, but i doubt that will have anything.

That is correct.

I wish I could help out more, but I've not had this problem yet with either of the 8700's I've upgraded to 4.5.

I still can not get HTML Email to work
