HELP! I have a 7100r but my boss has a 8700r and he has this problem. How do I ensure that the PIN number of another Blackberry user is downloaded from Outlook when I do a Blackberry Sync with Outlook? I keep losing the PIN number. Should I just associate one of the telephone number fields with the PIN number and will it then appear in Outlook? Is there a way of changing the field to say PIN? Thanks a bunch.

Open said contact / all fields tab / select from, select miscellaneous fields / User Field 1 - enter the pin number there, and save...

so under user field 1...you just go and enter the number? or do you write PIN then the number?

and then do i need to go into the bb and enter in the PIN or when i sync w outlook now itll copy over and put the PIN into the bb under PIN?
