Try ebay or used phone shops, the price in the 8700s has dropped a lot on ebay (in the Uk anyway) so I'm sure you can get one for cheap.

I just paid $20 bucks for two 8703e on ebay with 10 diffrent cases chargers and cables! I think it was a good deal.

pretty much your best bet it ebay just like everyone else has said. I would say craigslist but people usually want cash for their stuff on that..so ebay is the best solution.
