Hi New to this site
I tried to upgrade my 8700r to OS Ver 4.5 did not work . I did delete the vendor.xml file still does not upgrade. I have BBDM 5 installed on my pc. Ant suggestion?

I've had better luck using the app loader instead of the DM, have you tried this yet?

On a windows computer, go to "My Computer" - C drive - Program files - common files - Research In Motion - Apploader - them "loader.exe"
