 Help! Not your typical situation, and I can't find existing posts that have the info
I just got a new Blackberry Bold from work, and was using an 8700r. They have given me the 8700r free (the techie basically said it was garbage), but they were not allowed to show me how to provide full functionality to the BB. Work disables pin messaging and messengers, and I would like to use those now that the 8700r is mine.
I have tried a factory reset, but it basically took out all of the formatting settings I had set, but still does not allow PIN and messenger.
Does anyone know how I can do a "real" factory reset where I'd get back all functions?
