Hey!

I am in desperate need of some help. I just got an 8700, and I was getting some apps for it off of the site. I went to one forum and they gave me a link to an app and I downloaded it. Once it finished downloading, my phone shut off, and now it just shows the loading screen, turns off, and the red LED flasher comes on. Then the process repeats... I don't know what happened! Is my phone done for?

I will be deleting the spam shortly as soon as I can get to a pc. Sounds like you nuked your OS. Do you have a recent backup? Well anyways you can revive your berry using the instructions in the BlackBerry Help Menu above us. On the forum menubar click on help then blackberry 101 and then go to tutorial #12 How to Reload a Nuked OS. That should get you back in business.
