I've got an 8703e and there is no texting option on the phone. I can recieve texts fine, but no option to reply. Texting is enabled from provider. When I go to contacts and press the wheel, it only gives me the option to call. Re-installed the software but issue remains. HELP!! - Ernie

Make sure that you have opened the message. If the option is still not there, try pushing "R" with the message opened.
