    The Media manager is not working with my BB. The device is connected via USB cable and the Media Manager says that its not connected when i can clearly see that it is!!!!!!!

    It may do to the fact that the 8700 does not have a SIM card or the ability to use a sim card.

    The Roxio media manager only works with BB running OS v4.2
