Default help!!!

My cell phone says:
Uncaught Exception: application net_rim_bb_phone_app(95) is not responding; process terminated.

My PC says:
BlackBerry Device Software Updater

Existing BlackBerry software has been detected on your computer and must be closed before proceeding.
Disconnect your device and click OK to close these applications.
Otherwise click Cancel to stop the installation.

please give more details.

-Are you trying to upgrade your Device's OS ( operating System )?
-which OS you are currently running on? > options/about ''third line from the top''
-regarding the (Uncaught Exception), Have you tried a battery pull, Wiping the device by going to Security Options > General Settings > Blackberry button > Wipe Handheld OR reloading the OS using CrackMem ?
