Hello, I really hope I dont have to send this back. I finally got my phone in the mail today, I go to make a call and no sound.... I turn on speaker and there is sound, but none to the handset earpiece.

Its not on mute by the way...

Is this a setting or is the speaker shot??

anyone? Im sorry, but this Ebay guys TICKED me off! Do NOT buy from LiveWirePhones on ebay.

Took 10 days to ship and I get this. I really hope this is just a setting in the phone.

i'm so sorry to hear that that happned to me once with my 8700g i did i battery pull i left it out for about 5 minutes and all was well did you try a battery pull?

I had the same problem with the VZW 8330 as well. I removed and re-inserted the battery. I no longer have the problem. Since I had the phone though I think that the volume is low coming out of the earpiece even with the volume to the max. Good thing I purchased insurance!
