Flashing CDMA 8703e to MetroPCS

I just recently got a BlackBerry CDMA 8703e in hopes to Flash it to MetroPCS.
Its a nifty phone and I am sure it can be done, but I am truly clueless.
I am a complete novice and would be really thankful for any feedback.

First of all u need to find someone who can get ESN/PIN added to metros data base and get it activated and get talk/text working.

i can help u with net etc..
