I don't know what the heck happened but after sending message books to my 8703e device, one of my email accounts was deleted off of my Blackberry. This has never happened before. Why did it delete my email account?
Since I have had major issues with my device for the past several months, I had to wipe the device clean and start from scratch. Thankfully, it seems to be working fine at the moment and all 5 accounts came back to the device.
I just wanted to know your thoughts so I can be prepared the next time round.
Do you think something got corrupt on my device which caused the email acct to vanish?
