I just went from my 8830 to my 8703, don't want to go into why , and when I go to restore my address book it won't transfer to my 8703, I notice when I go into advanced it is greyed out and saying something about wireless synchronization, but I don't use BES. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Which version of DM are you using? Does it recognize both devices?

DM 4.6, haven't had any issues with it finding both devices.

You didnt install BBDM for a work account did you? Otherwise you might just need to delete all of your service books and have them resent

I establish tiny more up BING and its callow features! but I doubt they see fit bear any edge from google! what search apparatus are you using?

Because as you downgraded ur BB, it also downgraded you, and removed some of your cooler friends, to show you how it feels. Good luck.
