Default Changing OS

First post so bear with me here guys.

I have an 8707 with Vodafone SW on it but im trying to change it to the O2 SW that i got from the RIM site.

Im running DM4.7 and have installed the SW.
When i run through the update it doesnt find it. Ive tried it again with it disconnect from the net and that failed so any other clues would be great.

Thanks

Make sure to delete the vendor file. Also try loading the OS through apploader rather than DM. Double click the apploader icon in the same folder you delete the vendor file from. It should recognize the new OS.

Desktop manager should work for all Berry's unless it's a very old version... You can always download the newest version of Desktop Manager directly from the RIM website.
