I'm not answering phone calls b/c I can't hear them -- and I can't figure out which profile should be on so that I can hear the phone. Please help!

You can edit your profile settings by going to your profiles icon and changing the Phone settings, or you can just switch it to loud. You should hear it then.

The manual is pretty vague, but your link was great! That was driving me crazy, they were all set to mute for some reason.
