I am a new user of an 8703e. I use outlook webmail. My messages sync, but not my contacts.
Is there anything I can do to get my contacts to sync?
I don't think Outlook webmail syncs contacts / calendars as you use BIS for the Outlook webmail connector. You have to have Blackberry Enterprise Server to have the full experience / push emails / calendar / contacts / notes syncing. And then you get the privilege of paying more for a BES data plan as well.
You can always sync through the cable, install the Blackberry Desktop Manager and configure your synching profiles to sync with Outlook.
