Browser Configuration Sevice Book Entries...

Hi Guys,

I am a complete new comer to BBs. Basically I cannot get my BB to hook up with the internet and gives me message "the browser has not been configured please contact your service provider". I was surfing for solution before i got my self here & am sure with the help of you guys my BB will be fixed.

I got it from my friend and haven't done anything so far.
CrackBerry Newbie
Device Model: 8700v
Carrier: " Zain "


My Question: How can i solve the internet connection problem and i havent't installed OS.

Do you have the Blackberry Data Plan? If you do just have your carrier resend you hte service books, if you donthave the data, then your gonna need to add that.

You need to contact your service provider to add that plan
