I have a user (Older Company VIP) that will only use Blackberry 8700's A few weeks ago we gave him another 8700 because the roller on his old one had broken and now he can not open attachments. When you select the file it sends you to another screen that shows the file name Table of contents and Full contents, but when you select that you still are not allowed to open the attachment. We are using BES Version: 5.0.3.31

Ok the attachments have begun to open, but you must press retrieve first (this option was not working before), Is there anyway to set the device to auto download, that way you can just select attachment and it will open?
