Hi I have a 8703e i upgraded the software with the Verizon wireless updater thing.Now when I try and activate the radio I get service required please contact your service provider. I called tech support and they have no idea why it doesn't work any more.

They had me go in to some special menu and do all sorts of stuff. One thing I noticed that I think may be wrong is the mobile network code its at 00 atm. Any ideas on what the problem may be or if it can be fixed? I tried to do a search for it here and on the net but nothing could be found on this problem. Thanks in advance guys

Also does any one have a older firmware I can revert to it worked fine on the 4.1 firmware. If any one has that firmware for Verizon I would be very greatful
