Just got this through work. Synced and email is there, but it is sorted by time...I can't find how to sort email by date. Any detailed help much appreciated. Thanks.
Well, in essence, if it's sorted by time, it should be sorted by date, too. Is the date not at the top? go to MESSAGES and press T (top) and the date should read 14th June...
Well...not exactly...
I am getting the same issue suddenly now where my emails on my Blackberry Storm are coming in sorted by the actual time of day and not the date portion.
So all messages that arrived at, say, 3:51pm will show up together...from whatever date they arrived...
Crazy!
Now...how to resolve???
