 8700g white screen then permanently dark
The screen on my 8700g (T-Mobile) started to "white-out" a few weeks ago; couldn't see anything. I downloaded and reinstalled the Handheld software (T-Mobile BlackBerry 8700 v5.0.124) along with the Desktop Manager (v4.7.0.32)... now the screen is completely dark... the phone rings and emails seem to be getting pushed through to the unit, but I can't see a thing. Any suggestions on how I can restore the full functionality of the phone and get it back up and running?
