8700g unstable

My 8700g has become unstable. After using the browser for a while the blackberry will not produce tones when dialing. If I try to make or answer a call at this point the blackberry will reset. Also when this happens the screen takes a while to dim or brighten. Here is the info:

• Blackberry 8700g
• Carrier at&t
• OS Version 4.5.0.124 (174)
• File Free 33735792 Bytes

The following Apps are installed:

• Facebook
• Twitter
• Yahoo Messenger
• BBM

The other symptom is that when I am using a bluetooth audio device (headset), it is unusable due to noise.

I'll be getting a replacement device from a friend, but I would like to get this one working as well.

Note: I have reloaded the OS multiple times (both 4.2 and 4.5), Jl_Cmdr does not work on my computer for some reason.

Three soon to be four battery pulls so far, I'm not using my Blackberry that hard today.
