I have a T-mo BB 8700g. I have downloaded ringtones from Crackberry.com to my computer. I have gone into the desktop manager for the BB, went to application loader. At this point how do I get the files moved over? I get the following message.
Error in application information file C:\Users\HAL9000\Downloads\ringtones\cotton_eye_jo e-ringtone.mp3
There is an XML syntax error on line 1
I have never done this before and any step by step help you can provide would be most joyous!
Dont use app loader .
You have to make sure you have the desktop manager that has media manager. Try getting 4.5 dekstop manager WITH media manager from blackberry.com. Obviusouly un install the version you have rightnnow from control panel add/remove programs.
