yeah i have the cingular 8700 just got 2 days ago and i was looking for the browser and i cant find it is it because i have the software 4.0 im like a newbie to blackberrys so yeah, is it true you cant pass ringtones thru bluetone from someone elses phone would apreciate the help thnks

I'm a little confused here. ALL BlackBerry's have a browser (internet) on them. I take it you did order a data (BlackBerry) package with your service provider? If not, start there, before we proceed...

You need the data plan in order for the browser to be available.

i ordered it off ebay oh i was wondering why it dint have the browser where do i get the internet service from cingular? oh and is it possible to pass ringtones thru bluetooth? thnks for the help

You'll need to sign up for a Blackberry Data Plan from Cingular. Call them up and have them add it. It'll run you about $30-$45. The 8700 can't pass ringtones throught bluetooth.
