So far here I have seen this happen a couple of times from different models so I know it is not one in particular. The model I am having trouble with right now is a t-mobile 8700. It is on a BES. We use Outlook 2003. Does anyone have a fix for this issue instead of the wipe the device and dont restore information trick.
I dont want to wipe the device and not restore becuase there are some emails they would like to keep. One thing I do see is that the emails they are trying to delete are already deleted in there outlook inbox. We also you exchange here.
Any help would be great.
