8700 activation issues

Hey guys, i looked on the web for a solution but heres the jist of it.

The 8700 i have doesnt activate OTA, when i plug it in the PC with DM it says Activation complete, if i leave the BB connected, it will receive the emails, however, as soon as i un-plug it, it doesnt receive anything anymore

First off who is your provider? I swap my BlackBerries frequently and all I do is go to the internet setup on my phone and it works beautifully. Have you tried that?

Im on a BES fyi.. and i need to be able to activate cuz for some reason, if i wipe the device.. i can't even make calls
