I am a brand new blackberry user (7130e). I have downloaded several mp3 ringers that I have assigned to individuals in my contact list. The problem is that the volume for the ringers is too low, and I can not figure out how to increase the volume for the "exception" ringers. I have increased the volume using the profile setting, but it doesn't change the volume for the exceptions. Please help!!
